7.2 Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. The warranty does NOT cover:

• Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft of devices
• Software issues or user error
• Data loss or recovery

You are responsible for:

8.2 Hardware Wallet Security

As a user of cryptocurrency hardware wallets, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and recovery phrases
• Loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets
• We cannot recover lost passwords, PINs, or recovery phrases
• You must follow all security best practices provided in product documentation
• You are responsible for protecting your device from physical theft or damage

You agree NOT to use our website or services to:

• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
